Holla.. it's been ages since i post Today's Outfit and FOTD.

You guys know i really like it when cheap stuff can make a difference, not only in make up but in style.

Like i like to said darling... "Money can buy stuff BUT Money can not buy Style".
Well probably can buy you a Gangnam Style (video) hahahaha...

This post is as usual want to show off my cheap stuff, and can i say my trial and error mix and match stuff :p

I always like things that can work more than one way, that's how you can get different look without having a lot of stuff and yeah.. spending your money. Let's just say, cost wise LOL..

I quite like the two looks that i created that night, when i came to Clozette Daily launching. More edgy look with the head band when i saw the fashion show they were having, and more sophisticated look without the head band when i have to mingle and talked with you know.. people from the business :)
(Note that i'm working now, i have a company big name to represent)

YES, you read it correctly i wore no primer neither for face and eyes. Because i want to test the durability and endurance of the two babies Revlon Foundation and Clinique Eyeliner. And i didn't use any powder to set it.

Swatch NYX black Label Lipstick

And when my friend drove me home earlier, she decided to hang out in my room for a while. And made quite a damage! She literally throw away anything from my traincase and played with it, doing swatch and yeah we had fun. She just being silly and the positive thing was i realize that i have this NYX lipstick that i never worn! Dooh.... it hide under the traincase covered with shimmering powder which i rarely wear.

So this is the late night narcism, we took pics and doing make up. I decided to practice what i learn from Kelas Dandan, and it was quite satisfaction.

NYX Black Label Lipstick in Cherry (BLL 105)

Swatch on lips, i added orange lip gloss to it, and loving the result

FOTD :

The left pic was earlier today around 2 PM, using Australis foundation. Right pic was having fun on the photoshoot while doing swatch post :D

I love how the foundation turns out on my face, will do a separate review about this.

10-15 Minutes To Go Look

I'm a lazy person when it comes to make up. I'm too lazy to apply so many products to my face. I would like to just put moisturizer, TWC, blush on, mascara, eyeliner, eyebrow pencil, and lipgloss only. And when i got into one product it's so difficult for me to switch, therefore i used the same product over and over again. So i wouldn't bother to do 2011 favourite (unless anyone requested), but you guys already know, it's all mostly comes from Indonesian Brand.

And since i got a lot of "sudden" request of hang out, meeting, whatsoever, sometimes i got to do my face and get ready in short time. So i thought why not made a post about a quick make up. It's perfect to do when you are in a rush, or just late being somewhere, or early in the morning when you have to catch a bus to work.

I got inspired a lot by FOTD forum on FD, and looxperiment they both raving about white eyeliner. Uh huh.. since i didn't touch my beloved Inez white eyeliner pencil, why not??? Thanks is in order to both of them, they're amazing!!!!

Let's get started shall we?

I got a lot of product prepared, but ended up just using some of them, haha lazy me...  (Ended up for less than 10 products i believe, brush not included)

Face Section (approx 5 mins)

1 : LT PRO Cream Foundation - Yellow Orange, applied with finger and blend it with finger also.

2 : Covering the stress and tired look with Everyday Mineral - Purple, applied with index finger and blend it gently.

3 : Setting the foundation with Marck L/P in Creme, applied with ecotools brushes.

Eyes Section (approx. 3-5 mins)
1 :  NYX Jumbo Pencil in White as base, so my eyeliner gonna stand for hours. Decided not to use any eyeshadow on this look.
2 : Using Sari Ayu Duo Eyeliner and Mascara, line both my upper and lower lash. I like to use liquid eyeliner if i don't wanna touch up, because with the base and the texture, liquid tend to last longer than pencil eyeliner.
3 :  To brighten my eyes and make more drama to my eyes, i apply my beloved Inez White Eyeliner Pencil. 

4 : Curl my lashes with ELF eyelash curler
5 : Applied mascara, it's best to applied mascara after curl your lashes. Because if you curl it after mascara, the mascara stain will left in your curler's head and tend to break you lashes, makes it fall down.
6 : With RedA translucent powder highlight my nose bridge, cupid bow, and brow bone. If you want to save time, it's better to highlight your face than to contour it.

Cheek and Lip section (approx 3-5 mins)
Using the same palette, the old packaging of Wardah Lip Palette, using the first left row - pink color for my lips, applied with LYRA 03 painting brush. I like this brush so much, it's made from synthetic and easy to clean also perfect to line and fill the lips. Also with it's price approx. $1 what's not to love?
On to cheek, applied the mark color with unbranded brush, and blend! My face looks ridiculous before blending LOL.

My lips got a bit chappy, so i added lipgloss afterward.

I got my digicam back, my friend fix it for me. Thanks bro!!! And praying for JNE to quickly deliver the package from Make Up Tool, so i can throw my giveaway soon.

Trench Coat!

In this tropical country esp here in Indonesia (we only got two season, DRY AND WET), we still look at those girls that pull coat and boots awkward. We sometimes gives them "the look" that says "hey babe, where's the snowman" if we saw someone wearing coat and boots. Admit it!!! LOL

I fancy coat, but i don't fancy snow! Yeah probably i'm one of the those people that doesn't like snow at all, i don't know, just don't feel it. I refuse to go on vacation on winter. I even hate rain! I'm a tropical babe! I love wearing coat, and now is the perfect moment since the weather is wet, raining almost all day. But i don't have the courage to pull the boots yet, coz i have a short leg. I know ankle bots will do the trick but, naah... not yet boots :)

Yesteday, i decided to wear my flowery backless LBD, pairing it with coat outside, and flats since i'm not doing cafe, or anything just at home chilling with friends.

Here's the alternative of wearing coat part one, i dress it down! Means no heels, casual only :D

Review on Maybelline Fit Me shade 320 Honey Beige

Holla... as i promised i wanted to do a review on this foundation. Maybelline Fit Me series, i know it's already booming in States. But here in Indonesia, they don't have it. We have to ordered it online. And mine, i got it as a christmas present from my loved ones. Comes along with lots other things. It cost AUD $18, and super expensive, because on drugstore.com or ulta.com the price isn't higher than $8. Even if we ordered it from Indonesia, usually cost us (plus shipping) less than $12. 


Anyway, i got this shade honey beige, since at appearance the shade was the closest to MAC Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15 in NC 42. So i thought why not give it a shoot, and told my loved ones to get the closest shade (of course my loved oned got assistant to do it, the BA otherwise hmmp... you know... haha...) and it's sure claim can fit to our natural skintone, no?

Love :
The texture is a bit creamy for liquid, not so watery.
Coverage, light to medium 
Gives a glowy skin effect
Didn't have to used much, a bit will do (better use this foundie with finger)


Hate :

COLOR TRANSFER. blah i wouldn't bother to do any other review. 

I stopped at the moment it transfered to my clothes, even it has a good oil control whatsoever, i don't want it anymore. We're breaking up hahaha... (of course after i finish this one bottle, wouldn't want my loved ones effort to becomes effortless).


Of course FOTD is also coming right up. 

I just couldn't stop trying with more color on my hooded eyes, this time i used 5 color. And i prefer the result on the other day while i was attending my besties wedding (with only 2 color, blue on lid and white on browbone and inner corner) on this post

Face :
Oxy 5, Revlon shine control, Maybelline Fit Me shade 320, LT pro Pallette (use the darkest shade DD03 to set up the foundie), Revlon Microfine loose powder in Light.

Eyes :
Aubeau eye shadow base, Lyra Eyebrow Pencil in Chocolate, Sari ayu 25th palette, Pixy Eyeliner pencil in Black, Falsies

(edited) FOTD with Naturactor Foundation

First i'm truly sorry won't be able to show you guys on the swatch and the how was the foundation looks like. I will edit this post soon, as long as i got time to take picture. Please googling it for now, altho' i know all of you already know probably have it. I learned from you my dearies ^^

Finally got time to upload this ^^

I heard about this foundation from "Kelas Dandan FD" at first, and couldn't find it in Bandung (where i live) but lucky me, i got it from a friend from FD forum. The reviews on this foundation are great, the coverage is medium to full. And since the Japanese and Korean decorative products is highly rated, i'm excited to try.

I would like to do a FOTD of this foundation on my face, but i think it's better for NC 15- NC 30. So i asked my lovely friend, Miss Yosephine Maria to be my victim, she agreed *evil grin*

I use this foundation on her face with my finger only, no tools involved. Turns out it did beautiful, not too heavy on her lovely face. If you want a better coverage use it with wet sponge or sponge will do. The texture pretty thick, so it kinda hard using brushes.

See, i didn't to do much. she's already gorgeous. The only dissapointing part for me is i didn't perfectly make a contouring for her nose and the falsies. Probably i should use another type for her eyes.

Face : Naturactor Foundation shade 151, Revlon loose powder in light, ELF all over stick in Toffee
Cheek : Amuse blush palette (i use the coral color) just lightly swipe, for a touch of color only
Eyes : Elizabeth Arden Eyeliner Pencil in Black, Inez eyeshadow quad, Eyebrow - Revlon wet/dry eyeshadow in chocolate, Jolly Falsies no 18 i think.
Lips : Inez in Terracota, Napoleon Perdis lipgloss

We played around with the hair, she wants the daytime to night look. For daytime, just add your favourite accesories, and a simple ponytail or back combing hair will do. Without changing the look on the face.

Next post about make up will review Milani cream to powder foundation. (And of course editing this post with a closer look of Naturactor).

Practising My Make Up

I think i should get back to my brushes ASAP, as i never touch them anymore. Hiks..
Few days ago, i tried to practising my eye make up. Turn out so-so, not hate it, but not fancy it either.
Need sugestion, be kind with me pretty ladies :D

Eyes : Maybelline concealer as base, Etude gel liner black for lid, Mirabella e/s palette (highlighter, brow bone, maybelline mascara

Lips : Wardah palette no 31 (bottom, right) this palette

Hai lovely, how are all of you doing? I'm not in a good mood, because it was raining every single day. I don't know why, but i really don't like rain. :(

I got lazy to put make up lately, as i put everything on my traincase now, and just put my skin care regimen on the table. I blame it on my current hair style, i need a hair cut ASAP.

Regular TO on rainy day

Wet Wet Wet... no, it's not the band name's, it just the weather going crazy nowadays.
Windy and wet everyday, my poor umbrella can't take it anymore :p

And i super HATE rain, it makes my clothes dirty... and when i walk the cars and bikes made a serious splash on me also. Dear you drivers, please have more attention to us, the foot walker! (is it the right term for "pejalan kaki'?)

What i wore for "Back To Nature" theme! WW

It was confusing, and in a very short time notice i couldn't pull an idea together for the look.
So i decided to make it very simple but a touch of nature.
Many of them wear flowery dress, some wore really cute outfit made with leaves as accesorries.
Mine? Well... i surely hope it was not too ordinary hahaha... blah!

(Edited) You're Invited to Costume Party, Dresscode? Humiliation a.k.a NORAK

One of my beloved organization is throwing away costume party in order to celebrating the anniversary, and the theme is "Back to Nature". At first i was like, what to wear hadaaaah..... Back to nature means, er.. WEAR NOTHING rite? LOL
Since there would be a lot of performance from every classes, my classes and several classes decided to join up and make a video as a wish and "ice-breaker" during the party. Yesterday, the shooting began. We decided to dress up for the video with 80's. VIVA 80's reminds me of colourful outfit and lots of layering. Remember Docmart, latex legging, Jane Fonda, ah... memories :D
And to make it more "worse" my colleagues told me that it has to be super duper "NORAK".

Sadly i love myself that much not to publish the whole look of me that day, don't have enough nerve to post it here *nail biting*. So i'm just gonna post the FOTD.

Still budgeted, still doing it fast and really long lasting :)

This is What the Sun had Done to Me

I got tanned easily, it's yay for some and nay for me. I don't like my tanned skin, because it makes me look like i didn't take a bath for the whole day hahaha... It's just my personal taste, no offense to those that love tanned skin. I find it exotic on some people, but not for me sadly T-T

If i went home, to my hometown Lake Toba even less than one week, i got tanned. And apparently summer also got me tanned, even though it's quite windy. Well... don't say i didn't take my daily bath. I DID, TWICE a day :D

Lots of report and some tiny tiny haulage from my trip will be uploaded soon, my friend borrowed my camera, because he has some pictures in it. So i have to be patient.

Daily Natural Look

I've been neglecting my skin care ritual lately, and it did show the un-wanted result. My face is full of white heads and pimples, so i didn't wear too much product on my face. And i did like how i look like, not pale but simple natural make up. 

With Maybelline bb cream, Marcks loose powder in creme, and Nyx natural cream blush on, mascara and eyeliner and lipgloss. I'm set.

I've found a new way to wear my cream blush on, and this is my favourite way to wear it since. I know probably all of you know it already but it's not a sin sharing it with you again rite :p

First : I dipped my brush to my cream blush, and with tap it to my cheek while i'm smiling so i got the perfect apple of the cheek.
Second : I blend it carefully both sides
Third : Then, i applied my powder (in this case i always use loose powder, but did tried with TWC and the result is doing just fine also, gives a hint of glowy cheek)

My Opinion
Love the matte texture, at first i thought this MAC lipstick will be moist, apparently it's so matte and pigmented. But didn't make my lips chappy. I get a chappy lip a lot even if i'm using lipbalm, so i think this is great. Staying power is great also, it still stay on my lip even after few hours and after i eat. I would love if the texture a bit moist, but overall i love this product. And gonna get another shade soon.
